Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Minimum Donation

A minimum donation of ₹20 (Indian Rupees) is required to process any contribution.

2) Non-Refundable Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed (online, offline, or via any third-party platform), it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3) Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorised or processed more than once by mistake, please contact us immediately with the transaction details. We will review the matter and coordinate with the payment gateway to assist you. While we will make reasonable efforts to help, donations remain non-refundable as stated above.

4) Recurring Donations (If Applicable)

You may request cancellation of future recurring charges at any time. Such cancellations will apply prospectively and do not entitle you to refunds for amounts already charged.

5) Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

6) Receipts & Acknowledgements

Donation acknowledgements/receipts will be issued to the email or address provided by you. Please keep your contact details accurate for timely communication.
